Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products as innerwear, all New Day Wears products are non-returnable unless the product received is incorrect or damaged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to replace the item for you at no additional cost. Please note that all items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a replacement request if the product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
